Manage your Job Reminders in
With Fast Track Help Desk
& PPM it's easy to manage jobs as appointments in Outlook, with just
a few clicks. Any job can be added to the Outlook calendar as an appointment
with a subject, notes, date, time, duration and reminder time.
If you need to remind your staff or service providers that key jobs are pending,
you can utilise the power of Microsoft Outlook to manage reminders. Each job in
Fast Track Help Desk & PPM has a work date
and time, and these are used as the defaults for the Create Appointment popup.
The duration and reminder lead time can be adjusted, and the subject and notes
(which come from the job's details) can be edited if appropriate.
