Fast Track Help Desk and PPM's DASHBOARDS show critical information at a glance. Trends and escalation behaviour can easily be spotted. The charts are clickable for data values. See the images below for dashboard examples. Customer users are invited to submit new dashboard chart ideas, for inclusion into the software.
 

Dashboards show critical trends

 
The Dashboard views show four charts per page. Each chart has a "size" button, and when it is clicked, the chart expands to occupy the whole chart area (see below). Click "size" again to reduce. This mechanism allows users to review huge amounts of important data in seconds. In the above view, the following charts are shown:

l Monthly Complete/Incomplete Jobs
l Complete/Incomplete Jobs by Building - 60 Days
l Incomplete Jobs Status
l Monthly Job Costs

In the image below, a user has clicked the "size" button to expand the Monthly Job Costs to the whole available chart area. The user has clicked on the Parts series for 2008-11 (Nov. 2008), and the flyout is showing a value of 240 (240 were sent on parts on November 2008).

The Dashboard view below shows the "second page" of resizable dashboard charts, allowing even more complex data to reviewed as a summarised trend. In the view below, the following charts are shown:

l Monthly Reactive/PPM Costs
l Monthly Complete/Incomplete PPM Jobs, showing Pass/Fail/Unexpired
l Jobs by Building for last 30 days, showing Pass/Fail/Unexpired
l Monthly Complete/Incomplete Reactive Jobs, showing Pass/Fail/Unexpired
